I have been employed as Assortment Manager since 2015. As Assortment Manager I have the overall responsibility for the product assortment at Axon. In short I plan, implement and manage the assortment strategy in order to achieve the company’s targets for growth and profitability. My role makes me constantly develop and learn, which is fun. Another great thing is my lovely colleagues. The laughter, the drive and the whole atmosphere here is something out of the ordinary.

I have been with Axon since 2016 and I hold the position of Senior Account Manager. In this role I am responsible for larger customer accounts. This can be challenging, but very inspiring too! What inspires me is to make a difference for my customers. Seeing how my input and help have huge impact on my customer´s marketing, helping them building a stronger brand. All this is fun and very rewarding.

Axon is an international e-commerce company using technology and innovation to simplify business purchases of promotional products. Our headquarters is in Stockholm, and we are currently active within nine European countries. The company is young, dynamic, and fast-growing, leading the development in the industry.
About the position
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responding to inbound phone calls, emails, and chats from corporate customers. You will be responsible for your own customer accounts in the Danish market, and therefore, you will have a strong influence on the customers overall experience of the company's service level. Your main focus areas will be to provide fantastic customer service and to handle their cases carefully. You will also be responsible for increasing cooperation with existing customers by offering the best service with an intent to build long-lasting relationships. The position has a strong focus on sales through service and upselling. Responsible, problem-solver, and creative are some characteristics that we are looking for in a candidate.
The position is full-time, and the working hours are between 08.30 - 17.00 Mondays to Fridays. The employment will start off with extensive training in order for you to feel comfortable and succeed in your role right away.
Who you are
- As a person, you are driven, committed, and ambitious. You need to be client-focused and have a service-minded approach. You are a good communicator, able to build trust, and are responsive to the customer's needs. You also take responsibility and ownership during all stages of a customer case. You must be motivated by working towards clearly set goals and driven by achieving good results.
- You will work with Danish customers so fluent Danish in both speech and writing is required.
- It is an advantage if you have an education in a relevant area, such as service management, finance, or sales education.
